ARRIVAL INSTRUCTIONS:

If your appointment is scheduled Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm please report to reception. If reception is unmanned take a seat in the waiting area to the right of reception. If your consultant has not collected you at your appointment time please call 07539 856736.

If your appointment is scheduled Monday to Friday after 5pm please wait at the main door until your appointment time. If your consultant has not collected you at your appointment time please call 07539 856736.

If your appointment is scheduled for a Saturday or Sunday please wait at the main door until your appointment time. If your consultant has not collected you at your appointment time please call 07539 856736.

By Tube:

• Victoria Station (Victoria, Circle, and District Lines):
  Exit Victoria Station and head southwest on Victoria Street towards Bressenden Place. Turn left onto Bressenden Place and continue straight until you reach Palace Street. Turn right onto Palace Street; 13 Palace Street will be on your left.
  Approximate walking time: 5 minutes.
• St. James’s Park Station (Circle and District Lines):
  Exit St. James’s Park Station and head west on Petty France towards Palmer Street. Continue onto Buckingham Gate, then turn right onto Palace Street. 13 Palace Street will be on your right.
  Approximate walking time: 10 minutes.

By Bus:

Several bus routes service the area around 13 Palace Street:

• Victoria Bus Station (a major bus hub) is just a short walk away and is served by numerous bus routes including 11, 24, 38, 44, 52, 148, and 211.
• Buses 11, 211, C1, and N11 stop at Buckingham Palace Road/Bressenden Place, which is a brief walk from Palace Street.

By Train:

• Victoria Station is a major railway hub with services from Southern, Southeastern, and Gatwick Express. Follow the same walking directions as for the Tube.

By Car:

• From the North/East: Take the A302 (Victoria Street) towards Victoria. Turn left onto Bressenden Place, then right onto Palace Street.
• From the South/West: Take the A3214 (Grosvenor Place) and continue onto Buckingham Palace Road. Turn left onto Palace Street.

Please note that central London can be very busy, and parking is limited. Public transport is often the best option.

By Bicycle:

• There are several Santander Cycles docking stations nearby, including ones at Victoria Station and Buckingham Gate.

By Foot:

• If you are already in central London, you can easily reach 13 Palace Street by walking. It is situated near Buckingham Palace and Green Park, making it a pleasant walk through some of London’s famous landmarks.
