Abdominal radiofrequency
A firmer-looking middle, without surgical comparisons.
Radiofrequency Tummy Tightening uses controlled warmth across suitable abdominal skin as part of a progressive tightening plan.

RF Tummy Tightening
A moving applicator warms the selected abdominal area.
The practitioner applies a contact medium and moves the radiofrequency applicator across the abdomen while monitoring heat and skin response. Settings are adjusted to keep the treatment controlled and comfortable.
The aim is to support a firmer-looking skin appearance over a course. The service does not surgically remove loose skin, repair separated abdominal muscles or guarantee a flat stomach.

Progressive treatment for a specific area.
Temporary redness, warmth, tenderness, swelling or bruising can occur. Change and duration vary between clients.
Abdominal assessment
Skin laxity, fat and muscle separation are different concerns.
A consultation helps distinguish the cosmetic concern and whether radiofrequency is a reasonable option. Pregnancy-related abdominal separation, pain, hernia or unexplained change should be medically assessed.
A course is commonly recommended and progress is reviewed between appointments. Maintenance may be discussed because ageing and body change continue.

More information
RF Tummy Tightening questions, answered.
A useful consultation separates what radiofrequency may change from what needs a different route.
Contact usHow does RF Tummy Tightening work?
A moving applicator delivers controlled radiofrequency energy, warming suitable abdominal tissue. The treatment aims to support a firmer-looking skin appearance over time.
Can it replace a tummy tuck?
No. It cannot surgically remove excess skin, repair abdominal muscle separation or reproduce the outcome of abdominoplasty.
How many appointments might I need?
A course of around 3–6 appointments is commonly considered, although the suitable number depends on the skin and response.
What does it feel like?
The abdomen becomes progressively warm as the applicator moves. It should not feel painfully hot; tell the practitioner if it does.
What side effects can occur?
Temporary redness, warmth, tenderness, swelling, sensitivity or bruising can occur. Less common risks are discussed before treatment.
When should I seek medical advice first?
Abdominal pain, a suspected hernia, significant muscle separation or an unexplained lump or change should be medically assessed before cosmetic treatment.
