I had my first appointment yesterday with Joanna at Cardiff. who explained in full detail of the procedure, what to expect and when to expect results and put me at ease straight away. Kept checking how I was feeling throughout and made me feel really comfortable. Procedure was fine and not painful at all, the radiofrequency eye lift and chin reduction was extremely relaxing. Would highly recommend.
Tash was really great she explained everything and made me feel comfortable and safe.

I was greeted pleasantly and warming. The procedure had been explained thoroughly and clearly when appointment was made.
The treatment itself was ok and not painful. I even dosed off a couple times as I zoned out to relax. The treatment room was cosy and warm and not too clinical looking. The radio playing in the background was a nice distraction which I found calming.
I cant wait to have my 2nd appointment after returning from holiday in a few weeks.
